Once a project has commenced and work is in progress, we do not offer refunds. By agreeing to start a project with us, you acknowledge and accept that the services provided are customized, and refunds are not available for any part of the project once work has started.
Upon project completion, no refunds will be issued. We strive to ensure client satisfaction by providing thorough consultation and revisions during the process. Once a project is delivered and considered finished, all payments are final.
If you choose to cancel a project before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the circumstances and agreements in place. However, any costs already incurred, such as consultation or planning fees, will be deducted from the refund amount.
We reserve the right to review exceptional cases on a case-by-case basis. If we determine that a refund is warranted due to unforeseen circumstances, it will be at our sole discretion.
